Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must have tags attached and must not be damaged, worn or washed. Merchandise that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. (please read criteria for non-returnable merchandise). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please complete Product Return Authorization Form and mail it back with returned merchandise along with original receipt. Returning merchandise without Product Return Authorization Form will not be processed.

All accessories, including jewelry, eyewear, belts, headwear, gloves, scarves, and handbag, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Promotional items can be exchanged for a different size if other sizes are available. Items given away for free during special promotional periods cannot be exchanged.
We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed. In these instances, your original method of payment will be refunded or store credits will be given.
Please confirm that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete before you finalize your order. Blu Boutique will not issue refunds to customers whose orders are not received because the shipping address provided during checkout was inaccurate or incomplete.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
